A good faith estimate for all services can be provided upon request. If filing through insurance, a prescription is needed from your child’s PCP for services.

Do you take insurance?
Please see above regarding current insurance accepted. We can supply a Superbill that you are able to submit to your insurance for out-of-network services. Reimbursement is subject to each individual’s insurance plan.

Does someone need to be present at the session?
We ask that someone is present during sessions to provide support and motivation to the child.

What is your cancellation policy?
24-hour notice is requested for all cancelled sessions. We will do our best to re-schedule within a timely manner depending on availability.

What types of payment do you accept and when is payment due?
Payment is due the date of service. We are currently accepting cash, check, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards for payment options.
