Kitchel Scheufler, OTR/L

I have been a pediatric occupational therapist for over 25 years, and I truly love working with children from infancy through the early school years. My approach looks at the whole child, blending bottom-up and top-down strategies to support movement, sensory processing, reflex integration, and fine and gross motor skills so children can play, engage, and participate more easily in daily life.

I also support babies and children with feeding and oral-motor development, including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and mealtime skills. In sessions, I incorporate gentle Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) to help reduce tension related to oral restrictions, birth history, or surgery, and I use Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) to support whole-body strength and development.

Outside of the clinic, my greatest joy is my family—my husband Steve, our four adult children, my granddaughter Sofia, and a new grandson arriving this fall. They are my biggest cheerleaders as I build Top Therapy alongside Rachel.

Thank you for trusting me with your child. I’m honored to be part of your village.

Rachel Sutton, PT, DPT

I’m Rachel Sutton, a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for working with children. Originally from Wichita, Kansas, I pursued my education at Wichita State University, where I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Pittsburg State University in 2016.

Over the course of my career, I have gained valuable experience in various healthcare settings. I have worked as a physical therapist in outpatient clinics, home health, and early intervention programs. I have always had a passion for working with children, and have spent the last 5 years working in the pediatric field.

In my free time, I love traveling with my husband, tending to my garden, enjoying the outdoors by camping and being at the lake, and spending time with my cats, Hank and Ellie. We recently welcomed our son, Carter, in December of 2024
